About the Role

Public Label is seeking a National Logistics Supervisor to oversee and guide day-to-day logistics operations for experiential marketing programs, with a primary focus on spirits industry clients. This includes leadership over logistics for on- and off-premise spirits sampling programs, ensuring assets, materials, field resources, and personnel are deployed accurately, compliantly, and efficiently.

In this role, you will supervise Logistics Managers and logistics support personnel, coordinate and manage lease agreements with warehouse partners, optimize operational workflows, and ensure the successful execution of high-profile experiential programs across multiple markets. You will serve as a key liaison between field teams, fulfillment partners, and senior leadership — ensuring clarity, consistency, and operational excellence across all logistics functions.

If you are a natural leader with strong logistics expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, this position is a perfect fit.

  • Ensure consistent operational standards and compliance across all logistics functions.
  • Provide high-level troubleshooting support to resolve escalated logistical challenges.

Spirits Sampling & Experiential Program Support

  • Oversee logistics operations for on- and off-premise spirits sampling programs, ensuring assets and materials meet category-specific compliance.
  • Ensure teams are properly trained on alcohol handling, transportation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with field leadership to anticipate needs and allocate resources effectively.

Warehouse, Vendor & Partner Management

  • Maintain senior-level relationships with warehouse partners, fulfillment centers, and logistics vendors.
  • Oversee contract adherence, performance metrics, and SLA compliance.
  • Support sourcing, onboarding, and evaluation of new logistics vendors and storage partners.
  • Resolve escalated warehouse discrepancies, shortages, or shipping issues.

Inventory, Tracking & Budget Oversight

  • Oversee inventory accuracy across all markets and ensure systems are properly updated.
  • Monitor logistics budgets and support cost-control strategies across programs.
  • Review post-program reconciliations, reporting, and performance summaries.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Communications

  • Serve as the operational connective tissue between logistics, field teams, account teams, and leadership.
  • Lead recurring logistics syncs, ensuring consistent, proactive communication.
  • Provide senior leadership with updates on risks, resource needs, and performance trends.

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, event production, experiential marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience supervising or managing logistics teams required.
  • Experience within the spirits industry or beverage alcohol category strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting on- and off-premise spirits sampling programs is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and routing best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations across multiple markets.
