About the Role

We are hiring multicultural Promo Models to support Moët Hennessy at the AfroFuture Music Festival in Detroit. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, professional, and experienced in high-energy, guest-facing environments. As a Promo Model, you will bring the brand to life through dynamic interactions and support immersive brand activities throughout the festival weekend.

 

Event Overview + Schedule

AfroFuture is a major cultural music festival celebrating Black creativity, music, art, and innovation. Held in Detroit, this is a highly visible opportunity to work with a luxury spirits brand in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

 

  • August 15: 1-hour virtual training (Google Meet – 7PM EST)
  • August 16–17: On-site activation (~10.5 hours/day; approx. 10:30AM–9:00PM)
  • Location: Bedrock’s Douglass Site, Detroit, MI
  • Pay: $70/hr

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Register guests for branded giveaways via on-site survey
  • Engage guests and drive traffic to the Hennessy activation
  • Distribute samples (pending festival approval)
  • Operate the claw machine and assist with prize distribution
  • Manage and support the branded photo moment experience
  • Maintain positive energy and traffic flow throughout the activation zone

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Multicultural representation strongly encouraged
  • Outgoing, high-energy, and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable with long shifts and outdoor environments
  • Prior festival or promotional event experience preferred
  • Must be available for all event days including virtual training
  • Must be comfortable on camera for a brief virtual group interview

 

Hiring Timeline

  • August 1: Shortlisting 8–10 candidates to client (6 will be selected)
  • August 5: Virtual group interview (30 minutes, camera on)
  • August 7: Confirm final selections
