Reports To: Market Manager

Location(s) Available: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Rochester, Albany, Syracuse, Buffalo

Hours: 20-30 hours per week (flexible, autonomous role)

 

About The Role

Public Label Agency is seeking In-Market Logistics Coordinators for our field marketing initiatives. This autonomous, flexible role focuses on logistics management within designated territories.

 

Each In Market Logistics Coordinator is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing sampling kits within their assigned market.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Kit Management

  • Receive, track, and distribute kits to samplers within the assigned market.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Pick up & store kits securely (a larger vehicle is preferred for transportation).
  • Plan and optimize kit distribution routes (1 hour per week paid at $40/hour).

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics coordination, production management, or field marketing preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage kit distribution effectively.
  • Must have a reliable larger vehicle capable of transporting kits.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly while meeting deadlines.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $40/hour for all duties.
  • A monthly stipend for kit storage.
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • Gain experience in logistics management within a dynamic marketing environment.
