Job Overview:

 

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable In-Market Logistics Coordinator (LC) to support event operations for Moet Hennessy brands. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of brand activations by managing the preparation, transportation, setup, and breakdown of event assets. 

 

This is a part-time role; events/hours may vary.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Kitting (Prior to Activation):
    • Access the in-market Public Label storage unit to kit all necessary event items prior to event dates.
    • Prepare kit assets for events. 
  • Transportation:
    • Secure an in-market rental vehicle (van/truck) to transport event assets. A corporate credit card will be provided for this. 
    • Transport all necessary event assets to the event location prior to activation time.
  • Setup and Testing:
    • Set up and test all assets (e.g., engraving machine) before event to ensure functionality.
    • Confirm with the Public Label Field Team Lead that all event assets are present and operational. 
  • Post-Event Responsibilities:
    • Break down event assets after the activation and transport them back to the storage unit.
    • Ensure all Public Label assets are inventoried/stored correctly. Submitting reports to Public Label’s Logistics Manager for tracking/maintenance. 
    • Return the rental vehicle to the designated provider.

 

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and availability to manage kitting and event fulfillment – may include weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment – will need to be able to communicate effectively.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background check.
  • Ability to lift and handle items weighing 70+ lbs.

 

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn and maintain event-related machinery (e.g., engraving machines); training will be provided.
