Are you an experienced Market Manager with 3-5 years under your belt? Do you have a passion for travel and a solid grasp of experiential marketing, integrated events, event production, and promotions involving on- and off-premise sampling? We are searching for a XM Market Manager to take charge of daily client communications across all projects, from development to full execution, independently managing all aspects with minimal oversight.

 

This role entails up to 20% travel to live events.

Responsibilities

Your role will involve:
Understanding the client's business needs and industry trends while ensuring the agency’s goals are achieved.
Efficiently deploying and managing resources for the account.
Building and nurturing trust-based relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Assisting in the creation of insightful briefs and program documents with the leadership team.
Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and program reports to clients.
Keeping senior account leaders informed about all account activities.
Enhancing client business through flawless execution, innovative solutions, and forward-thinking ideas.
Developing, managing, and reconciling budgets, and aiding in client revenue forecasting.
Guiding direct reports with coaching and direction as necessary.
Managing projects to consistently improve agency standards, client relationships, ROI, and account profitability.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
3-5 years of experience in event marketing.
At least 3 years of experience working in an agency.
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong presentation skills.
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
A proven track record of growing existing business.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while leading a team.
Comprehensive industry knowledge, sound judgement, and strategic planning capabilities.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach and a drive for accountability and performance.
Expertise in budget management.
