Salary Range: $52,000 - $60,000

Public Label is currently looking for an Integrated Marketing Account Executive to join our team! The individual in this role supports the Senior Account Manager and Director in providing exceptional client service and exemplary project management of day-to-day account tasks and projects. They are responsible for keeping all Senior Account team members up-to-date on client requests, timelines, budgets, as it pertains to their tasks and projects. In this role, the individual is able to concurrently manage multiple tasks/projects and/or accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail planning and shopper marketing execution as part of a 360 integrated campaign.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:


  • Coordinate and manage the daily/executional workflow and logistics of the client’s marketing plan/initiatives. 
  •  Run/own small to mid-sized programs 
  •  Professionally responds to all client correspondence in a timely manner 
  •  Manage all client couponing activity 
  •  Assist/lead in managing client hours and client budget line items. 
  •  Assist in the writing of creative project briefs 
  •  Work with all members of the department, building strong internal relationships 
  •  Develop and maintain program critical paths and timelines 
  •  Participate in and actively contribute to weekly status meetings with senior account team members and produce meeting agendas and follow up reports 
  •  Proactively engage in identifying business issues/challenges and bring forward solutions. 
  •  Provide recommendations on how to improve program and create efficiencies. 
  •  Proactively engage in researching the client’s segment and bringing forward news 
  •  Proactively share ideas on how to grow the client’s brand and Public Label 
  •  Engage in analytical analysis of client’s business, where appropriate 
  •  Proactively builds their marketing skill set 


Ideal candidates will have:


  • 4-year degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of agency Account Management experience 
  • Knowledge of the creative execution process, with account project management experience in Digital, Social and Print content creation
  • Shopper Marketing, Promotions and/or Couponing experience preferred
  • Coordinates with creative, technical and production teams, establishing project plans, production guidelines and budgets. Monitors progress of projects, provides feedback, implements changes and recommends solutions when faced with challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Highly organized individual with ability to prioritize work streams
  • High degree of attention to detail, striving for great work 
  • Creative and logical problem solver 
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously 
  • Owns assigned projects from brief to completion 
  • Conducts themselves in professional manner, with client management experience
  • Experience overseeing client financials and invoicing
  • Prior retail planning and shopper execution highly preferred
