Field Account Coordinator (Denver/Boulder)

We are actively looking for a Field Account Coordinator is to assist our team in providing outstanding service and project management on their account(s). The primary responsibility is completing various tasks outlined in project plans, organization, management, and tracking of project work within the agency on a daily basis.

Ability to travel up to 25% is a must!


Here’s what you’ll be doing:


  • Working with all members of the department, building strong internal relationships within and across teams
  • Assisting Field Marketing team with administrative tasks, including internal trafficking of projects (or trafficking of projects through all stages)
  • Responsible for market outreach, vendor and production research for assigned programs
  • Day-to-day liaison between account team and field staff
  • Traveling to events and managing specific tasks assigned before, during, and after activation
  • Following up on status of projects internally – production, budgets, schedules, and advises team of any delays or variances
  • Assisting with logistical needs for field teams across markets as needed
  • Producing weekly status reports
  • Remaining current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting the client’s business
  • Responsible for ensuring project materials are received and to client signoff and standards
  • With the supervision of their manager, tracks budget expenses against project actuals; codes expenses accordingly and provides status on budget


Ideal candidates will have:

  • 1-2 years of event marketing experience required; agency experience preferred; spirits category/luxury brand experience a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in marketing or business preferred
  • A “can-do” attitude, ambitious and hungry with a competitive spirit
  • Works well under pressure and deadlines
  • Plays well with others in a team-driven environment
  • Systematic and logical – develops and uses effective processes
  • Strong organization skills
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite at live events
